The Joker Costumes
Batman has two fearful enemies – the Joker and the Penguin, so if you’re going to a fancy dress party why not steer clear of the usual Batman and Robin costumes and take on the persona of his arch enemy – The Joker.
As traditions become more and more blurred characters like the Joker become more and more relevant at Halloween parties, so you could get away with the Joker even at the Halloween party.
One thing though, don’t confuse The Joker with a generic Jester costume. While some of the Joker’s sidekicks may dress up as a Jester, you really can’t get away with it if your The Joker.
What does the Joker wear. Well you will need a snow white face, red lips, purple long tailed jacket, waist coat and a shirt and tie. Complete the costume with a pair of gloves.
While some of these you can probably conjure up yourself what is essential is the long purple jacket. You will probably have to go to an online merchant to get the best value here. Also, white face paint is mandatory, which will also be available from all good online fancy dress merchants.
So that’s what’s needed for the perfect Joker Costume and it’s easy to do, comfortable as the outfit is really just everyday clothes.
